We take pride in the quality of our products and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

1.⁠ ⁠Returns and Refunds Eligibility
  • ⁠Unused and Unopened Products: We accept returns on products that are unused and in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Customers can choose an exchange, or store credit for returned items. Please note that the cost of shipping is non-refundable.
  • ⁠Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to offer a replacement or a full refund for defective items.
2.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable Items
  • Used or Opened Products: For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been opened or used.
  • ⁠Final Sale Items: Certain items, such as promotional or discounted products, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
3.⁠ ⁠How to Request a Refund
  • ⁠Contact Us: Email our customer service team at customer@inlabskinglow.com with your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable (such as for damaged items).
  • ⁠Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item(s). Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • ⁠Refund Process: Once we receive your returned product(s) and verify eligibility, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4.⁠ ⁠Exchanges :

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us to discuss exchange options. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.
